This infographic ‘How To Craft Port Wine‘ was commissioned by the company Catavino, dedicated to enotouristic itineraries in Portugal and Spain. The conception had the special contribution of Gabriella Opaz and Ryan Opaz. It offers a detailed and illustrated description of the process of production of the different types of Port wine. The design of the vineyards is used as a visual metaphor, whose ramifications are developed in different types of Port wine. The inherent aging of the grape varieties is illustrated by the gradual thickening of the vine strain. The chromatic approach meets the transformation of the color of Port wine over the years.

Oferece uma descrição pomenorizada e ilustrada do processo de produção dos diferentes tipos de vinho do Porto. O desenho das vinhas é utilizado enquanto uma metáfora visual, cujas ramificações se desenvolvem em diferentes tipologias de vinho de Porto. O envelhecimento inerente às castas é ilustrado pelo gradual engrossar da cepa da videira. A abordagem cromática vai ao encontro da transformação da cor do vinho do Porto ao longo dos anos.
